100% payment is required to secure a booking; if booking is cancelled with 72+ hours notice, the customer will receive a 100% refund; if booking is cancelled with 48 hours notice, the customer will receive a 90% refund; if booking is cancelled with 24 hours notice or less, the customer will receive an 80% refund
